REAL ESTATE. A HOLISTIC APPROACH.

Built on experience. Not theory.

From the first idea through acquisition, valuation, development and construction to letting, management and preserving value - brought together under one roof.

Real estate, considered as a whole.

We support properties throughout their entire lifecycle: from search and development through construction, letting and management to long-term value creation. As a complete package or individually – you decide which services you need.

In harmony with nature, history and social responsibility.

Our Philosophy

We know real estate is more than buildings.

It creates places where people live, businesses grow, music, art and culture emerge, and social engagement finds room.

LUNIVERSE connects these places, people and projects – and creates a cosmos in which business, creativity and responsibility naturally belong together.

The people behind LUNIVERSE.

Livia Zanella & Vivien Steinbeck

Real estate is not a new passion for us – it has been part of our story for three generations. Through our experience with our own properties, we know almost every phase of their lifecycle – from acquisition, development and construction to letting, management and preserving value.

With LUNIVERSE, we bring this knowledge, our passion and established structures together under one roof. Today, we are opening up this experience, built over generations, to others as well – with a holistic, personal approach and a strong network behind us.
