A substantial part of our capacity is reserved for our own properties and projects. That is exactly what makes us flexible: when work is urgent, we can reassign teams and capacity at short notice and support external projects quickly and without fuss.

At the same time, not every project with us has to begin with construction work. Drawing on our experience and expertise in building surveying and expert assessment, we can first assess properties and building-related questions, identify what needs to be done and develop the right solution together.

Our clients decide for themselves how far our support should go – from expert advice and condition assessment through planning and coordination to hands-on delivery.

Together with our established network of specialist planners, surveyors and skilled trades, we also support and coordinate larger projects. On request, this gives you a single point of contact with coordinated services from one source – without our having to carry out every trade ourselves.

Our experience comes from day-to-day practice on our own properties and projects. Today, we make this knowledge, our structures and our flexibility available to external developers, owners and companies as well.
