The people behind LUNIVERSE.

Livia Zanella & Vivien Steinbeck

A vision becomes reality through people.

Ten years as a third-generation business. Today, more than 30 people.

Real estate has been part of our lives for three generations. We have taken what has grown over many years, developed it further, rethought it and added our own structures and expertise.

With LUNIVERSE, Livia Zanella and Vivien Steinbeck bring this experience, our passion and established structures together under one shared roof.

Today, LUNIVERSE is driven by more than 30 people with a wide range of skills – from real estate and management through construction, craftsmanship and expert assessment to service, music, art and culture.

What connects us is the ambition to think about properties and places as a whole, to take responsibility and to make solutions possible together.
